Best Anime Openings!
VIVID VOICE (Jujutsu Kaisen)
I was excited after listening to the first op of Jujutsu Kaisen but when I heard the second one, I was blown away. It was so spectacular with all the visuals and lyrics.
Zankoku na Yume to Nemure (Redo of Healer)
Although the anime gives you a different vibe, in the beginning, this anime opening already indicates how epic it’ll turn out in the end.
It has an epic guitar theme, and the voice of the singer is so powerful. Thus, it is one of the best anime openings out there.
Iro Kousui (Horimiya)
Even if I had to choose a single anime opening out of hundreds, I’d go for this one. I wasn’t lonely, heartbroken yet, this song makes me feel like I’ve lost something.
Even if we hear this opening after a few years, it’ll give us a nostalgic feeling. If you haven’t heard this op or watched the anime yet, you’re missing something so beautiful.
Kaikai Kitan (Jujutsu Kaisen)
In my opinion, Kaikai Kitan is the best anime opening I’ve heard in the whole year of 2020. The pure epicness in the music, and voice makes us scream loud once it starts playing.
Like how good the anime is, the opening itself is a masterpiece. So, if you haven’t heard it yet, make sure you do and watch the anime as well.
If you haven’t watched Haikyuu!! Yet, then you’re missing the most amazing thing in this world, and it includes this opening as well. Just say you’re a sportsman and you need motivation. Naturally, the coach motivates you but once listen to this opening before getting into the action and see the result.
To be honest, this opening got me hooked to the anime, and I regretted myself why did I waste all these years without realising Haikyuu!! is the one anime I shouldn’t have missed. Well, this opening is undoubtedly one of the best anime openings out there.
Blue Bird (Naruto Shippuden)
I guess everyone loves this opening. The voice in the song is just too beautiful to be ignored by anyone. Not to mention the soothing music that fits the tone.
The opening in the anime hits you at the right time where everything becomes harder even for us to take. However, we couldn’t afford to mention it in the best anime openings. Thus, Blue Bird ended up in our list of best anime openings.
No matter how many times you listen to it, you can’t get over it unless you haven’t watched Dororo yet. Probably, there would be some people who haven’t watched this masterpiece yet, but at the very least, you can try listening to its emotion-filled opening.
The pain of Hyakkimaru is represented perfectly in this opening song, and the lyrics are out of bounds. Make sure you watch the anime to experience the same emotion from this opening as I do.
Rise! (The Rising of the Shield Hero)
Probably, this anime opening is not easy to explain by words because it’s like bang! The music is everything to it and the Mad Kids, the band who made this song put some real effort into it. If you have watched the anime, it even connects you more.
Every time I hear this song, the Guitar tone felt too amazing for the ears, and I hope you feel it the same way. Thus, it is one of the best anime openings out there.
Guren no Yumiya (Attack on Titan)
Here we have the opening of one of the classics Attack on Titan. It is the show responsible for bringing in so many new anime fans, and as I said earlier, this opening alone conveys the epicness of the series.
Its visuals are mindblowing, and probably you wouldn’t have seen an action-packed anime on this level. When you hear it once, you possibly can’t resist it. As a result, it is one of the best anime openings of all time.
Unravel (Tokyo Ghoul)
The one reason Tokyo Ghoul still left a scar in the hearts of most of the anime fans is Unravel. It shows sorrow, the beauty of a character, and what else. The music is soulful, and the voice of Toru Kitajima’s voice still rotates in my mind.
When you listen to it, it’ll make you feel like you’ve lost in a different world where your ultimate regrets wander. Without a doubt, this intro is one of the best anime openings of all time and, of course, one of my favorites.
Gurenge (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba)
One word you can remember while listening to Gurenge is “Lisa.” Her vocals are out of the world, and who wouldn’t love her? And as I mentioned earlier, it does convey the deepness of the anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.
The opening itself is a masterpiece, regardless of the anime. It shows how Tanjiro strives to turn Nezuko back to humans and the obstacles he faces to achieve it. And the song is quite catchy and so soothing to hear.
Crossing Field(Sword Art Online)
Ever fell in love and dreamed of a future with your love? If not, listen to this intro. Even if you don’t have a crush, you’ll make one, or you’ll fall in love with “Lisa” for those astounding voice and vocals.
I don’t think most people like Sword Art Online, or they may have dropped off in the middle. But it has the best chemistry and this opening suits ideally. Try it once; it will be one of your favorites in your playlist.

The World (Death Note)
Here we are with the thriller masterpiece! This anime was the first step that made me an Otaku. With its openings and soundtracks, it made me curious about Japanese pop songs. This song shows the reality of how a person’s will can change his life.

Of course, it is and the intro is to spice you up a little more. And you can’t expect less from Uverworld. Without a doubt, it is one of the best anime openings of all time.
My Soul, Your Beats (Angel Beats)
Have you ever realized that your eyebrows are thicker than your eyes? Well, you will, after listening to My Soul, Your Beats. If you listen to it after watching the anime (Angel Beats), then you’ll accept my statement about eyebrows and thickness. The music in the opening is so soothing, and you can listen to it as many times as you like, but it still feels the same.
Colors (Code Geass)
The official opening of the anime, which has the best ending in anime history is here. Even though this song’s name colors, the show can be dark as hell sometimes. The song is at a good pace and to everyone’s liking. Make sure to check it out.
My Hero (Inuyashiki)
Whenever I hear this intro, I’ll turn the volume to its limit. I wish there could be no limit to the volume button. The name of the opening itself tells how lit the song is. It undoubtedly takes place among the best anime openings of all time.

But it definitely is one of the best anime openings of all time.
Mukanjyo (Vinland Saga)
Let’s take a moment to appreciate the epicness of the opening of Vinland Saga. The visuals are stunning, and the music is so lit. The composers of the song “Survive Said The Prophet” deserve applause for making the song to a whole new level. Listen to it if you haven’t already. After all, it is one of the best anime openings of all time.
Sageyo Sasageyo (Attack on Titan)
How can someone express this opening in a single word? It resembles the rhythm of Guren no Yamiyo. And it is made entirely with those stunning visuals and amazing vocals.
Don’t blame me if your goosebumps don’t stop. It’s not less than the Guren no Yamiya in every aspect. It wouldn’t be fair not to include this in the list of best anime openings.

Honestly, this is the most generic anime opening I’ve ever heard. And when you listen to it, you may not have liked it for the first time, but it will get you the second time. After all, life is about giving second chances.
The visuals are so beautiful, and the presentation of the intro is marvelous. In my opinion, this is the best opening of My Hero Academia and one of the best anime openings of all time.

Sincerely (Violet Evergarden)
Who wouldn’t love such a beautiful intro? If you didn’t shed tears at the moment, then probably you’re a robot. The visuals of Violet Evergarden are one of the best in anime history, and that applies to the intro as well. This song is part of one of the TRUE’s albums.

Katharsis (Tokyo Ghoul)
Tokyo Ghoul might not be one of your favorite anime series. But I bet no one can ignore its soundtrack. And one of the best things that Tokyo Ghoul: Re has is Katharsis. As anyone would expect from the singer Toru Kitajima, this opening is fantastic.
Even though the third season of Tokyo Ghoul is a disaster, fans still loved it because of its heart touching music. And I can gladly say that Katharsis is one of the reasons which made Tokyo Ghoul my favorite album. If it weren’t for Katharsis, this list of best anime openings would lack something amazing.
Fantasy Mythology (Future Diary)
One opening that can give you the chills of a badass character is Fantasy Mythology from Future Diary. As good as the anime, this opening is nonetheless a masterpiece!
It is, without a doubt, one of the best anime openings of all time. You may not like it the first time, but you will frequently listen if you try it again.

Kyomu Densen (Another)
The opening which gives off vibes when you watch a scary film is Kyomu Densen. It shows the efforts of the band to make this song at such an extreme level. This song is one of the best projects of the group Ali Project.
