Burn the Witch Anime Confirms Release Date With a New Trailer! (2020)

Burn the Witch anime has been in the works for a while and it seems it is finally ready to make its debut. It comes from the creator of Bleach anime, Tite Kubo and tells you a tale of a worthy Soul Reaper. Since the story has become a praiseworthy one in the audience, it is sure to hit the screens sooner than you think.

Burn the Witch Anime Reveals Release Date!

Crunchyroll released the latest trailer of Burn the Witch anime, and also the franchise declared that it would premiere the anime starting from October 2, 2020. It will go live on the scheduled released in Japan as well as worldwide. It seems that Crunchyroll is in charge of premiering it worldwide, whereas Amazon Prime and Hikari TV will take care of Japan.

Currently, the anime is lined up for three episodes and will also be shown in the theatres of Japan. The streaming version of the anime will split into two parts where the edited version will be a bit different than the version that will be shown in theatres. Despite revealing its release date and a brand new trailer, the franchise also unveiled three new cast members.

  • Shimba Tsuchiya as Balgo Parks
  • Rie Hikisaka as Osushi-chan
  • Hiroaki Hirata as Chief

Crew Members:

  • Animation Director– Tatsuro Kawano (Psycho-Pass 2)
  • Assistant Director– Yuji Shimizu
  • Script Writer– Chika Suzumura
  • Character Designer– Natsuki Yamada
  • Music Composer– Keiji Inai
