I always thought that it would’ve been better if there is an anime based on the sport kabaddi. Even gave a shot at the manga Burning Kabaddi and liked it a lot if you’ve watched the anime like Haikyuu! and Kuroko’s Basketball, then you’ll how Japanese people turn them into masterpieces. So, this is definitely fantastic news and especially for Indian anime fans.
Burning Kabaddi manga Gets a TV Anime!
To announce the news regarding Burning Kabaddi manga, a new website has been opened. According to the site, Hajime Musashino’s Burning Kabaddi manga will get an anime adaptation soon. However, since it’s the only announcement of adaptation, you can’t possibly expect a release date. But as a hunch, it might come out in 2022 since a sports anime needs a lot of effort to make.
The debut of the manga was in the year 2015 on Shogakukan’s Manga ONE app. In the same year, Ura Sunday website also officially began serialising the manga. Shogakukan released the 13th compiled book volume on February 12, and the 14th one will ship on 17th July 2020. In 2017, Burning Kabaddi manga ranked on top 20 lists for male readers on a guidebook.
Burning Kabaddi manga describes the story as,
“Tatsuya Yoigoshi is a former soccer player who dislikes the sports after an incident. One day he gets invited for the kabaddi, but since he hates sports, he rejects it. However, later when he gets to watch their practice, he changes his opinion.”
Well, if you’re a sportsman or a lover of sports, then you must watch this anime when it premieres. But since it might take some time to get onto the screens, all we have to do is wait. If you can’t wait until then, you can read the manga because it is incredible. So, what are your thoughts on Burning Kabaddi manga? Do you think it’ll become a success like other sports anime?
