“Date A Live Ren Dystopia” was supposed to be released in summer 2019, but due to some circumstances, it postponed its release date to 2020. But now, it’s finally time. The official website of the game has revealed an opening and its gameplay.

“Date A Live Ren Dystopia” Unveils Opening Video and Gameplay!
Compile Heart, a Japanese video game developer began streaming an opening, and it’s gameplay on Tuesday. Since the release date of the game has been set to September 24, 2020, a couple of previews have been released. Watch the opening here:
The limited-edition version of the game will have a booklet with a short story written by Tachibana and a drama CD. For the people who pre-order the game, a different drama CD will be given as a bonus. You can watch the preview of the gameplay below.
The story of Date A Live Ren Dystopia begins at a typical night where Shido dreams of a voice that calls out from the darkness. The next morning, as he wakes up, he finds a box with serpentine-patterned decoration on it. At first, he thinks it as a prank, but when he opens it, something strange happens. The rest, you will see in the game.
