If you have heard about any Top Selling manga in 2020, then the first thing that comes to our mind is Demon Slayer. And its record of crossing One Piece in 2019 sales is still an outlandish achievement for the Demon Slayer franchise. But in this post, we have some latest news regarding its manga. Demon Slayer Tops the Position of Top Selling Manga 2020 by Volume
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga holds the top 19 slots on the ranking chart of Top Selling manga, and each of its first 19 volumes has sales over Two Million copies in the past six months. While the latest volume of the manga didn’t occupy any of the top 19 slots, it has secured #22 in the ranking charts of Top Selling Manga. It sold 1,086,157 copies, while the limited edition made its sales near to the million in five days after its release (May 13).
Only three of the manga volumes(One Piece 91 and 92, Attack on Titan 27) reached the sales of 1 million in the first half of 2019. But after that, the whole ranking charts took a quite deviation when Demon Slayer manga continued its domination as the top-selling manga. There wasn’t a single volume of Demon Slayer in the top 50 rankings before the second half of 2019. So, we can see how much progress it has made for these past six months.
