“Gundam” Reveals Three New Anime Projects and “Mugen Train” Announces the Bluray Release!

As we know, Demon Slayer-The Movie: Mugen Train is a record-breaking phenomenon across the world, and if you have missed it on theatres, you must’ve been very sad. Well, don’t be sad because we have good news for you.

Aniplex of America will release Mugen Train’s limited edition Bluray, and Funimation will release the Standard Edition Blu-ray in the U.S on December 21, 2021.

Here’s more info:

  • The Limited Edition Blu-ray includes: an original soundtrack CD, deluxe booklet, rigid box with exclusive art by the charatcer designer Akira Matsushima, special digipak by the art of Ufotable and audio commentry with English subtitles from the voice actors of Mugen Train’s main cast.
  • The movie’s Limited Edition Blu-ray is now accepting pre-orders at Right Stuff Anime.
  • The Standard Edition Blur-ray will be available on Funimation Shop, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy and RightStuf.

Mobile Suit Gundam franchise has announced three new projects for 2022:

  • Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury
  • Mobile Suit Gundam: Cucuruz Doan’s Island
  • Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans!

Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury marks as new TV anime since it’s been seven years.

Mobile Suit Gundam: Cucuruz Doan’s Island anime is inspired by the episode in the original Gundam anime. It seems Yoshikazu Yasuhiko is in charge of directing this film since he has contributed character designs and directed for previous anime installments.

Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans anime will be airing next spring and contains 9 episodes. It will connect to the spin-off anime and the game Uror Hunt.
