At The Hero fest 2022 in Tokyo it was announced that My Hero Academia Anime’s 6th Season will premiere in Japan on October 1.

My Hero Academia released its 5th season back in March 2021, It has been a year since then. At The Hero fest 2022 in Tokyo it was announced that My Hero Academia Anime’s 6th Season will premiere in Japan on October 1, fans will finally be rewarded for their year-long patience of waiting for the 6th season.

The first season’s 13 episodes premiered in April 2016. The second season had 25 episodes, which premiered in April 2017. And a third season premiered with 25 episodes in April 2018, a two episode special of the anime had streamed in August 2020. With a fourth and fifth season released in October 2019 and March 2021, with 25 episodes each.

Synopsis:

In a world where superpowers have become common a young man named Izuku Midoriya a boy born without superpowers aspires to become one, while he dreams of becoming a Hero he is often bullied by his childhood friend Katsuki Bakugo for lacking Quirk (superpowers). One day his fate changes in an unexpected meeting with the greatest superhero, All Might.

The latest season is expected to be the darkest and the most intense one yet, the series which is known to be often lighthearted is taking a turn in a whole new direction. All the 113 episodes of My Hero Academia can now be streamed in both subbed and dubbed formats on Crunchyroll.
