There are plenty of anime podcasts in Spotify we would love to listen to, but it’s hard to find with an actual Japanese feel. Well, Spotify Japan has the right solution for it.
Spotify Japan launched “Spotify ANIZONE,” dedicated to anime on September 3. Starting from that day, it will release an episode every Friday around 9.00 p.m (JST) / 05:00 (PST).
The best thing about this podcast is it will feature one popular anime each month, and the host will be the voice actor of the anime. And every time, guests related to the anime, such as other voice actors, cast members, and production staff, will be invited.
They will be sharing the highlights of the anime, behind-the-scene stories, the work theory, and a lot more. The first Podcast is about the anime SHAMAN KING. It will be followed by Sword Art Online Progressive: Aria of a Starless Night in October, Blue Period in November, and JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean in December.
