Although there is no official confirmation from the PA Works, during the 10-year anniversary, they did make it clear that something related to Angel Beats is in the works.

Will there be Angel Beats season 2?
No, Angel Beats season 2 won’t be coming out anytime soon because the story actually ended and there is not enough material to produce another season.
However, there is a prequel: Heaven’s Door and a retelling story: Last Operation. During the 10-year anniversary, P. A Works mentioned Last Operation. It could mean there might be a reboot of the anime.
However, it’d make more sense to receive a couple of OVAs to see what happened to everyone after they vanished from the afterlife. So, we can either hope for a prequel, reboot, or production of Last Operation manga.
Angel Beats Manga Continuation After Season 1!
Apparently, there are two manga in whole, while the anime is the original story. Heaven’s Door is the prequel and Last Operation is the retelling of the original story. So, there’s not really any story behind the anime’s ending.
So, you can read the prequel and retelling story if you want to have a different experience from the one you got by watching the anime.
Angel Beats Season 2 Trailer!
Since there is no official confirmation of Angel Beats season 2 yet, there is no way we can get a trailer or teaser, despite a few fan-made trailers on YouTube.
However, if by a miracle, we do get a reboot of the anime or a prequel, we’ll be sure to update the trailer here.
So, basically, Angel Beats season 2 episode 1 won’t be coming out since there is no story to continue and also there’s no need to prolong the story at all. It is best the way it is now.
