Past Performance: It refers to how the anime performed in the past season(s) and the number of sales it got in Japan and International wide. Although we’re not sure on the numbers, it dominated the sales for a while in both Japan and Foreign Countries.
Source Material: Source Material can be either manga, light novels, or even games because from that’s where anime series adapt the story from. Unfortunately, the anime adapts the complete story of the manga along with the ending.

Since there is no continuation story or sequel to the manga, we can’t expect a second season for the anime. Although there are a few spinoffs, it is highly unlikely they get adapted into anime as recently, Charlotte even celebrated its 5-year anniversary.
