We are going to introduce you to some of the laziest characters today. Some of them smartly avoid hard work, and some of them even cannot do basic chores.
If you’re as lazy as them and want to take them as inspirational characters, here are a few lazy anime characters for you. So let’s meet them.
Staz is a young vampire. He is obsessed with games, anime, and manga. And he is interested in the Human World, especially Japan. Dragon Ball is his favorite, and throughout the series, he often can be seen attempting to mimic Son Goku.
He is pretty lazy and lacks any solid form of ambition. However, he seems lackadaisical and unmotivated, but when he wants something done, he will not give up until he accomplishes his task.
Shota Aizawa is a supporting character from the highly acclaimed anime series My Hero Academia. He is very smart and powerful but is lazy and shuts out from his missions.
Shota is a teacher. He always carries a sleeping bag with him, even to the class. Aizawa is still a great U.A. mentor who looks after his students’ interests but spends the least energy and effort on that.
Yui is a high school student and the lead vocalist of her band. She is lazy and forgetful. In the anime series K-On!, she was portrayed as a carefree high school girl. Though enthusiastic about the music, she doesn’t want to do it properly with hard work.
Yui chose the one club that sounded like it’d take the least effort: the Light Music Club. She plays the guitar passionately but doesn’t work on the theory of music.
Konata is a student at Ryou High School. Konota has contradictory characteristics. She is perfect and sharp in her interests and hobbies, but she doesn’t come up with good grades just to avoid extra classes.
Konota likes to play video games, and she is an anime lover. Though she procrastinates, she does a part-time job at a cafe. Despite being athletic, she doesn’t join sports; instead, she loves staying inside, reading manga, and watching anime peacefully.
Shizuki is the head of the department of an institution named Eagle Jump, yet she certainly doesn’t act like one. The office is more her home than a workspace. She sleeps on her job and brings her cat to the office, who roams the entire office. How lazy Shizuku is that can be comprehended by her weird activities; sometimes, she doesn’t even wear her pants.
Tanaka, in his name role, takes laziness to the extreme level. Tanaka is bright, but he is too lazy even to move. Tanaka depends on his friend Oota for everything.
Oota does every daily chore for him; he even studies for him. He has to carry Tanaka everywhere as Tanaka doesn’t want to move. He almost died when Oota got sick and couldn’t do anything by himself.
Kuro is a vampire and is referred to as Sleepy Ash or Sloth in Servamp. Kuro can be found either sleeping or lazing around and playing video games.
Kuro doesn’t even want to eat if not forced to but when he eats, he likes to eat junk food. Kuro is a lazy cat vampire that never wanted to drink blood. He doesn’t want to attack anyone or, well, move at all.
Nobita is the companion of the Robocat Doraemon, who appears from the future to help Nobita to get better. But Nobita, who is a lazy and dull kid, becomes lazier when he gets the help of Doraemon’s gadgets to use for.
Nobita loves to sleep and laze around; even in his dreams, he can be found sleeping. He is a dull and timid kid, and being bullied by his friends, he avoids them and prefers to sleep or play with Doraemon’s gadgets.
Umaru plays the main character in the anime. She presents herself as the third person and has two modes in her lifestyle: outdoor and indoor. In outdoor mode, she leads a charismatic teenage life; in indoor mode, she is a lazy otaku ball.
In her ‘Outdoor’ mode, she is a student who tops in her class, excels in everything she does, and despite her popularity, she remains humble and kindhearted. And in her ‘Indoor’ mode, she is precisely the opposite: messy, lazy, and a foodie.
She loves playing with stuffed cats and video games, reading manga, and watching anime; she barely contributes to household chores and doesn’t even take care of her hamsters; everything leaves to her older brother, Taihei, and she whines when things don’t go her way.
Snorlax, a colossal size Pokémon, can force his body through a crowd of enemies. But he is so lazy and loves food so much that Snorlax is not even slightly interested unless there is food involved. Snorlax can consume eight hundred eighty pounds of food in one morsel and still have enough room for the second round.
He is also popular as a sleepy Pokémon and can sleep for hours. He sleeps even during inconvenient situations when he is required for action. The only thing that may wake Snorlax up from his slumber is food.
