But one day, he gets heavily injured and remembers his past life. He realizes that he is the sorcerer-king in his previous life, and with the past life’s knowledge, he brings back his powers slowly to become the one to save the earth.
Even though the story resembles ‘solo leveling’ in the beginning, it takes a diversion over time. The concepts in both manhwas are similar, but here, MC doesn’t get his powers from some unknown entity.
In solo leveling, only the MC gets the ability to level up, but in this manhwa, all most all of the awakened hunters get his power.

Mo Fan leads a normal student life like others but when he inherits a magic necklace, everything changes. Not just him but the world which has been used to run by science is now filled with Wizards and even in the schools, they teach sorcery.
However, while he still has many burdens on his family, he witnesses how he turns into an exceptional versatile mage by harnessing more than one element of magic. It might not give you the best art-wise experience like solo leveling but it is an exceptional manhwa.
Versatile Mage is one unique conceptual manhwa and is a lot similar to solo leveling. Both the main characters face mockery, turns OP as you go through the chapters, and they both develop a unique ability that always surprises others.
While its pace might not be on par with Solo Leveling, it gets better and better. So, if you’re looking for manhwa like solo leveling/webtoons like solo leveling with an OP main character, then feel free to try this out.
